Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of yoursre.com (the “Site”) operated by YourSRE (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, submit spam or malicious content through our forms, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the Site.
Information on the Site is general
Content on the Site — including articles, tools, calculators, and the SRE readiness report — is provided for general information only. It is not professional advice for your specific circumstances, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for a proper assessment of your systems. Results produced by our browser-based tools are indicative estimates based on the inputs you provide and the stated assumptions.
The same applies to the free written review of a readiness report submission: it is a good-faith commentary based solely on the information you supplied, provided without charge and without any engagement in place. It is not a professional assessment of your systems, and its usefulness depends directly on the accuracy and specificity of your answers. A proper assessment is only available under a paid engagement governed by a written agreement.
Services and engagements
Descriptions of services and pricing on the Site are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. Prices shown are in US dollars, exclude applicable taxes, and “from” prices are starting points that depend on factors such as company size, system complexity, number of services, support volume, on-call requirements, and implementation depth.
Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a statement of work or master services agreement) signed by both parties. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and an engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails for that engagement.
Managed incident response services, including 24/7 coverage, are offered only to qualified customers and are subject to prerequisites agreed in writing, such as approved runbooks, access controls, escalation paths, and observability coverage.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, logos, and tools, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own internal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right you may have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.
Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts in respect of any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site.
