Profile your organisation
Who you serve, how you make money, and what keeps customer trust at risk. Reliability advice that ignores the commercial picture is just tooling advice.
Map critical customer journeys
Not services. Not endpoints. The three to seven things a customer must be able to do, and whether you'd know when they can't.
Score ten dimensions
Behavioural questions across engineering, product, support, sales, finance, and leadership. Written evidence is validated for specificity — vague or placeholder text lowers your report's confidence instead of inflating it.
Generate an interim report
You'll move to a separate results page with a browser-generated interim report: weighted score, operating pattern, red flags, honest confidence levels, what not to spend money on, and a 30/60/90 day roadmap. If you request a senior review, a fuller written report follows by email.
